At ClipForge AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”), owned by Lakshay Kumar and co-owned by Sarik, we are deeply committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you access our website, APIs, and AI clipping services.

ClipForge AI never collects, sees, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, UPI PINs, or bank login credentials.

All payment transactions are conducted directly through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner (such as Razorpay). When a transaction completes, we receive and store only non-sensitive transaction confirmation metadata:

• Transaction reference ID (e.g. pay_...)
• Order reference ID (e.g. order_...)
• Plan purchased (Pro or Pro+) and amount paid in INR
• Payment status (e.g. SUCCESS, FAILED, REFUNDED) and transaction timestamp

5. Usage, Cookies, & Analytics

We log standard operational metrics including API request paths, IP addresses, rate-limiting counts, and generation quotas consumed during each 30-day billing cycle. We use essential, strictly necessary first-party cookies to manage secure login sessions and prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We do not use third-party invasive tracking or advertising cookies.

6. How We Use Information & AI Processing

We process your data strictly to:

• Provide video highlight extraction, speech-to-text transcription, translation, and video rendering services.
• Communicate service notifications, password reset OTPs, and purchase receipts.
• Enforce platform quotas, plan restrictions, and prevent abuse or security breaches.

AI Sub-processors: Audio and visual metadata from your projects may be passed to Google Gemini APIs strictly for speech recognition, moment selection, and speaker tracking. We do not use your proprietary media to train public artificial intelligence foundation models.

8. Security & Data Sharing

We implement industry-standard security safeguards including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, scrypt password hashing, HMAC-SHA256 token verification, least-privilege database access, and isolated filesystem workers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party advertisers. Data is shared exclusively with verified infrastructural providers (cloud hosting, database, payment processor, and email dispatch) solely to operate the platform.

9. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, review, download, or delete your projects and rendered clips at any time through the ClipForge dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire account and associated records, submit a request from your registered email address to supportwith.ClipForge@gmail.com. Account deletions are processed within 14 business days.

10. Children’s Privacy & International Processing

ClipForge AI is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately for deletion.

Our servers and primary databases are located in India. If you access ClipForge AI from other jurisdictions, your data will be transferred to and processed in India subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
