1. Introduction

Welcome to ClipForge AI (“ClipForge”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), owned and operated by Lakshay Kumar and co-owned by Sarik. ClipForge AI is an advanced, AI-assisted video intelligence platform designed to extract highlights, generate vertical short-form clips, detect speakers, produce synchronized captions, and optimize video content for creator workflows.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and ClipForge AI. By registering an account, accessing, or using ClipForge AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the ClipForge AI web application, APIs, workers, rendering pipeline, and related services hosted at clipforge.ai or associated domains.
• “User Content” refers to videos, audio files, YouTube links, titles, metadata, or other materials submitted by you for processing.
• “Generated Output” refers to AI-analyzed video clips, synchronized captions, transcribed text, viral scores, hooks, cropped reframes, and rendered video files produced by the Platform.
• “Subscription / Plan” refers to the Free, Pro, or Pro+ access tiers made available through ClipForge AI.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase paid subscriptions on ClipForge AI. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity or business, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, session tokens, and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately at supportwith.ClipForge@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. ClipForge Services

ClipForge provides automated tools that process long-form videos through audio extraction, AI-powered speech-to-text transcription, contextual moment analysis, viral scoring, 9:16 vertical re-framing, subtitle formatting, and video rendering. We continually improve our models and pipeline; features may evolve, be updated, or be refined over time.

5. User Content, YouTube URLs, and Rights Authorization

ClipForge allows you to process videos by uploading video files or providing public video URLs (such as YouTube links). You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and lawful authority to process, transcribe, clip, and re-publish any material you submit to ClipForge AI.

Before processing any video, you must acknowledge and warrant that you own the source material or hold explicit authorization from the rightful copyright holder. ClipForge does not claim ownership of your source media or your final edited videos.

7. AI-Generated Results and Output Review

ClipForge uses artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini) to generate transcriptions, recommend highlight timestamps, compose titles and hooks, and perform speaker auto-reframing.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, caption timing variances, or misinterpretations. You are strongly advised to review all rendered clips, captions, and titles before distributing or broadcasting them publicly. ClipForge makes no guarantee that any clip will achieve viral reach or specific commercial performance.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ClipForge AI to:

• Process content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
• Upload, generate, or circulate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, abusive, or hate-speech material.
• Attempt to circumvent platform usage quotas, rate limits, access controls, or plan restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code from the ClipForge AI application or workers.
• Introduce malicious scripts, viruses, automated bots, or attacks designed to impair platform infrastructure.

10. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

ClipForge AI offers three membership tiers: Free (₹0/month), Pro (₹399/month), and Pro+ (₹699/month). Prices are authoritative as published in INR on our Pricing page and include applicable service costs.

Payments are processed through secure, authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay. ClipForge does not directly store, capture, or handle raw credit/debit card numbers or bank account authentication credentials.

13. Subscription Period and Service Availability

Paid subscription plans run on a 30-day recurring usage cycle. We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not warrant that service operations will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. Occasional maintenance, third-party provider downtime (such as AI API or cloud outages), or network failures may temporarily affect availability.

15. Generated Media Retention and Plan Differences

To maintain system performance and storage hygiene, generated video clips are retained according to your active plan:

• Free Plan: Rendered clips are retained for 10 days from the rendering date. Video outputs contain a visible ClipForge watermark.
• Pro Plan: Rendered clips are retained for 30 days from the rendering date. Watermark is disabled. Quota of 30 generations per 30-day cycle.
• Pro+ Plan: Rendered clips are retained for 30 days from the rendering date. Unlimited generations, unlimited clips per generation, and watermark disabled.

Users are responsible for downloading and archiving their rendered clips prior to scheduled expiration. Once expired, files are automatically and permanently purged.

17. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Services

ClipForge AI, its logo, interface, designs, code, rendering pipelines, and branding are the intellectual property of Lakshay Kumar, Sarik, and ClipForge AI. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

ClipForge interacts with third-party providers including Google Gemini (for multimodal AI understanding and speech transcription), YouTube Data APIs, Razorpay (for payment services), and email dispatch providers. Your use of features reliant on these providers is also subject to their respective terms and service policies.

19. YouTube / Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

ClipForge AI is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with YouTube, Google LLC, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

ClipForge does not guarantee that every YouTube video can be processed. Certain videos protected by DRM, geographical restrictions, private permissions, or age gates cannot and will not be accessed. In such events, credit is automatically refunded to your account.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke access to any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent billing activities, attempts abuse of AI quotas, or inflicts harm on the Platform or other users.

21. Privacy and Security

We prioritize data privacy and server security. Passwords and sensitive tokens are protected using cryptographic hashing (HMAC-SHA256 and scrypt). Source videos downloaded during rendering exist only in temporary, isolated directories and are deleted upon job completion. Please see our Privacy Policy for comprehensive information.

23. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIPFORGE AI IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIPFORGE AI, ITS OWNERS (LAKSHAY KUMAR, SARIK), DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

25. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product updates, operational practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
